customers needs. Further we only sell and install products that we know by experience and

Unfortunately you as the consumer are bombarded daily by overly optimistic and mostly
misleading advertising about audio / visual products and services. We are also bombarded by these very same companies whom want us to sell and promote their products and services.But we don't go there, because we know better. It is our job as your home theater advocate to help protect you from making purchases you may regret down the road.
Can I get local HDTV reception? What is better, Cable or satellite? Do I want a Plasma TV or an HD Projection system? Can I put inwall speakers in my existing home? What Kind of remote should I get? What is Tivo?

When you purchase products from chain stores,
and something goes wrong, you usually have the choice of (A) Have someone on the phone tell you to bring the item back. (B) Have an in house service person, who is probably underpaid,
with limited experience, come to your home. (Think cable guy) (C) Try and fix the problem
yourself.

Policy #2 If you have purchased most of your audio/visual equipment from an e-tail
or best purchase store, then we are not the company for you. For liability reasons, we only install new products for customers who buy the majority of their electronics and related products directly from us. This is the only way we can truly protect our reputation as well as guarantee the performance of the products and services we provide.
